James Donovan, Cincinnati, Ohio

Jim served God in a variety of ministries as a volunteer while working for Procter & Gamble as a Research Fellow.  Jim was an eager student in the SLS classes on listening and caring and developed those principles into a formal approach to doing Qualitative Research and Innovation in product development.  He currently serves as Creative Director with Donovan Research Company and as the Innovation Catalyst for SLS. 

Jim and Dawn have two children.
