Richard is Director of Campus Ministries and Adjunct Faculty at Regent University. With a M. Div. from Trinity Seminary and a D. Min from Fuller Seminary Richard served as Pastor and Youth Minister as well as Vice President of Operations for a high-end retail jewelry chain. He excels as a Pastoral Counselor and teacher of the Sweeten Life Systems’ Teleios materials. He is widely desired as a speaker and consultant on organizational health and growth both in the non-profit and for-profit worlds.
Richard and Bridgett have three children.
